At the heart of the business is James Rackelin, a locksmith with four decades of hands-on experience and a background that brings unique discipline and precision to every job.
Before becoming a locksmith, James served 21 years in the Navy as a jet engine mechanic, where he developed a strong commitment to excellence and technical expertise. This experience shapes the way Emergency Lock & Safe approaches every challenge — with care, reliability, and a steady hand.
